DXCC: Midway und Kure Island reinstated:
ARRL's DXCC Desk has reverted its decision of March 31 and has
reinstated Midway (KH4) and Kure (KH7K) as DXCC entities upon
further investigation.

VK, Australia:
Australian amateurs may use the prefix AX instead of the usual VK
on May 17, the World Telecommunication and Information Society Day.

Kasimir will no longer be handling QSL requests for these calls via
the bureau from September 2017 on and asks everyone to not send
cards via the bureau any longer. Requests can still be made ClubLog
OQRS.
