RSGB IOTA Contest:
The upcoming weekend sees this year's edition of the IOTA contest,
organised by the RSGB. Rules have been changed for the "Island
Multi-1" and "Island Multi-2" categories where the restrictions
concerning band and modes changes have been abolished. The deadline
for entries has been shorted to 5 days after the end of the contest
