3W, Vietnam:
From June 1 onwards, Sven/HB9DXB will be active as XV9DXB on 80,
40, 20, and 15m (CW, SSB). QSL via EB7DX.
5W, Samoa:
The Uruguay DX Group activates Upolu Island (OC-097) between June 1
and 10. QRV with two rigs on 80 to 6m on CW and SSB. Operators are
Gus/CX2AM, Maby/CX3DDB, Bert/CX3AN, Mario/CX4CR, and Rainer/CX8FB.

CU, Azores:
Herman/HB9CRV is currently back on the air as CU8FN from Flores
Island (EU-089) until June 11. During the IARU Region 1 Fieldday he
plans to operate together with CU8AS as CR2V/p from a location near

EA, Spain:
Members of the Radio Club Torrevieja operate from aboard the
submarine Delfin S-61 on June 1 and 2 around the Museum Ship
Weekend. QSL via EA5GVJ.
F, France:
The Radio Club de Granville commemorates D-Day between the 3rd and
6th of June with the callsign TM75GRV. QSL via F5KAQ.
G, England:
Likewise, the Royal Naval Amateur Radio Society's London Group
(GB2RN) commemorates D-Day with the special event station GB75DDAY
between June 1 and 28. QSL via bureau, G0TOC (d).
HB, Switzerland:
Franz/HE9SOL organises a first action of the ship Auguste Piccard
Mesoscaphe at the Swiss Museum of Transport for the Museum Ship
Weekend. QRV as HB9APM on June 1 & 2. QSL via HE9SOL.
HK, Colombia:
Lothar/DK8LRF returns to Colombia for a longer period of time
beginning June 1. He plans to operate as HK3JCL, mainly on 20m
(SSB), running an FT-991A, an amplifier, and a rhombus antenna. QSL
via DK8RLF (d/B).
I, Italy:
The ARI section Fidenza (IQ4FE) commemorates Alessandro Artom as
one of Italy's pioneers in the history of radio with the callsign

LZ, Bulgaria:
The Bulgarian Radio Club Blagovestnik (LZ1KCP) continues to honour
Orthodox saints during June with the callsign LZ815NI. QSOs count

Members of the Marine Radio Amateur Club will be active from the

VE, Canada:
The Winnipeg Amateur Radio Club (VE4BB) celebrates its centennial

Cricket World Cup Radio Marathon 2019:
The RSGB invites everyone to their Cricket World Cup Radio Marathon
2019 between May 30 and July 14. 31 special event callsigns from
Great Britain and other countries will participate on HF on CW,
SSB, and digital modes. British special event calls will make use
of the prefix GB19 (GB19CWC, GB19OT etc). Awards are available as

IOTA DXpeditioner of the Year:
The Island Radio Expedition Foundation (IREF) awarded Cezar/VE3LYC
as the IOTA Dxpeditioner of the Year during the DX Dinner at
Dayton. Runners-up were Mikhail/VE7ACN and Dave/EI9FBB.
10 Jahre WCA:
The World Castles Award (WCA) celebrates its 10th anniversary
during June with the following special event stations: 4X10WCA,

way home, they plan to pay Seskaroe (EU-139) a visit for a few

Bruce/K5TEN is going to put Dog Island on the air between June 2
