Pedro/EA5GL ha forwarded the following from Mohammad/EP2MLA:
The Alborz DX Group (EP2C) was founded in 2015 by the three most
active Iranian amateurs (EP2MLA, EP2LSH, EP2MIR). The group
successfully organised and supported training courses, fielddays,
camps, international DXpeditions and IOTA activations, e.g. EP6T,
EP2A, EP6RRC. Membership growth, economic constraints, the lack of
commercial ham radio businesses, and the low level of support from
Iran's AARC society lead the DX Group to the following call for
support. Any donations (funds, material, literature) will be very
welcome to improve the Group's activities and to put EP2C on more
bands. All donations will be gratefully acknowledged on the Group's
