The upcoming weekend will see this year's edition of the RSGB IOTA Contest.
Most of our DXNL items this week are related to island activations.

The Board of the RSGB has decided that until further notice, all logs
received for RSGB contests from stations in the Russian Federation or in
Belarus will be treated as check logs.
4W, TIMOR LESTE:
Alan/VK2MET signs 4W/VK1AO between July 27 and Aug. 4 from Dili.
QRV on 40-12 on CW and digital modes with a QRP rig and dipoles. He
also plans to activate national parks on Atauro Island (OC-232) for

9M6, EAST MALAYSIA:
9M59SD marks Sarawak's national day (July 21) on the air until the

G, GREAT BRITAIN:
The following special event calls operate in the context of the
22nd Commonwealth Games from July 28 until Aug. 31: GB22GD (Isle of
Man), GB22GE (England), GB22GI (Northern Ireland), GB22GJ (Jersey),
GB22GM (Scotland), GB22GU (Guernsey), and GB22GW (Wales). For

Radio amateurs in Morocco may use the prefix CN23 from July 28
until Aug. 7 to mark the 23rd anniversary of the present king's
accession to the throne.
DL, GERMANY:
The DARC club Duisburg-Huckingen (L16) celebrates its 40th
anniversary with the callsign DL1640Y (special DOK 40L16) until May
