9M65MQ from Sarawak and 9M65MS from Sabah celebrate the 65th Day of
Independence from Aug. 29 until Sept. 1.
9M, WEST MALAYSIA:
The following special event stations celebrate Malaysia's
independence from all states until Sept. 1: M65MA, 9M65MB, 9M65MC,
9M65MD, 9M65MJ, 9M65MK, 9M65MM, 9M65MN, 9M65MP, 9M65MR, 9M65MT, and

BV. TAIWAN:
The special event callsign BV0SC operates around the Sun Moon Lake
International Swimming Carnival on Sept. 3 and 4. QRV from 01z-09z
on 14230 kHz (SSB) and 18100 kHz (FT8). QSL via BX5ABA.
CN, MOROCCO:
Michel/F5RLR operates holiday-style (05z-10z, 18z-22z) as CN2DX

F, FRANCE:
TM43CDXC draws attention to the 43rd convention of the Clipperton
DX Club (sept. 16-18) from Sept. 3 to 17. QSL via F5CWU.
VU, INDIA:
Rajesh/VU2CW celebrates India's 75th anniversary of independence
with the callsign AT75CW from Sept. 1 to Oct. 2. QSL via VU2cW.
XT, BURKINA FASO:
Harald/DF2WO returns to Burkina Faso from Sept. 3 to 18, operating
as XT2AW on HF (CW, SSB, FT8) and via QO-100. QSL via M0OXO OQRS.
Z6, KOSOVO:
Michael/KN4PRE works for the NATO KFOR-mission and signs Z6/KN4PRE
from Kosovo on 40, 20, 17, and 10m. QSL via h/c.
ZA, ALBANIEN:
Nikolas/DG7PX currently operates as ZA/DG7PX, mostly on SSB. The
duration of his stay is unknown. QSL via DG7PX.

3Y0J Raffle:
The 3Y0J DXpedition has set up a raffle with interesting prizes to
generate further support for their trip. It runs until Sept. 25.

6O1OO (EP3CQ):
Ali/EP3CQ has now moved on Ukraine on a new assignment and will
return to Somalia in 6 months at the earliest.

EU-039; F, CHAUSEY ISLANDS, EU-048; F, BRETAGNE (MORBIHAN) REGION
group, EU-064; F, PAYS DE LA LOIRE REGION group: Thomas/DL1ASA
plans to activate the following islands during a 3-week holiday in
France as F/DL1ASA/p: EU-039 (Ile de Chaussey) on Sept. 5 for ca. 2
days, EU-048 (Ile de Groix or Belle Ile en Mer) on Sept. 9 or 10,
EU-064 (Ile de Noirmoutier) on Sept. 13 for ca. 2 days. Visits to
WWFF and lighthouses will also be part of his trip. QSL via DL1ASA

EU-041; I*0, MADDALENA ARCHIPELAGO: Giuseppe/IK5WWA operates from
Maddalena Island as IM0M between Sept. 1 and 13 on CW, SSB, and
FT8. QSL via homecall.
EU-175; CU3-7, AZORES (ACORES) CENTRAL group: Jim/W6PQL remains
active as CT8/W6PQL until Sept. 6 from Pico Island. QSL via

NA-112; W4, NORTH CAROLINA STATE WEST: Alex/AK4AM operates once
more /p from Sept. 2 to 6. Confirmations only via LoTW.
OC-049; A3, TONGATAPU GROUP: Masa/JA0RQV has returned to Tongatapu,
where he stays until Sept. 30 and operates as A35JP on 40-6m (CW,
SSB, FT4/8) with 100W and a vertical antenna. This will be his last
trip to Tonga as a member of the Japan International Co-Work

Tentative dates for the DX0NE DXpedition to Pagasa Island are Sept.
15 for departure to the island and a stay until the beginning of
October, still, all subject to change.
Lighthouse Activities

DE0061, FED142; Feuerschiff Laesoe Rende:
Michael/DK9BM, Ecki/DH8AF, Rudi/DL3FF, and Andreas/DK5ON activated
this lightship during the recent event as DK5T, logging more than
