The radio club of Saint Malo (ARACE, Cote d'Emeraude) marks the
start of the sailing ship race La Route du Rhum with the callsign

F, FRANCE:
The radio club Wingles, F4KLR (dept. 62), commemorates the 90th
anniversary of the death of General Ferrie, a pioneer of military
radio communication, with the callsign TM90GF until mid-December.

The special event station TM100UNOR marks the 100th anniversary of
the Union Nationale des Officiers de Reserve on Oct. 29/30 and Nov.

Operators of the Mediterraneo DX Club (MDXC) activate Djibouti as
J28MD from Oct. 29 until Nov. 7. Team members are IZ8CCW, IZ4UEZ,

Members of the Egyptian Radio Amateur Organization (ERASD) plan to

TA, TURKEY:
TC29EKM commemorates the proclamation of the Turkish Republic from
Oct. 26 to 30. QSL via eQSL.
TA, TURKEY:
Ops TA1HZ, TA2RX, TA6AEK, TA7AOF, TA7ASN, TA7AZC, TA7EA, TA7EB,
TA7LMI, TA7LMS, TA7MNA, and TA7OZX will operate the CQ WW Contest

D60AE Manu/F4FKI reports that the D60AE team has closed down on
Oct. 17 (10z) with more than 70000 QSOs in their logs. QSOs made on
Oct. 16 on 6m (FT8) were a pirate's work though.

Oliver/W6NV operate the CQ WW Contest together as TO5A from

NA-146; FJ, ST-BARTHELEMY ISLAND: Janusz/SP9FIH and Lech/SP9FUY
sign FJ/homecalls between Oct. 29 and Nov. 14 on 80-10m (SSB, FT8).
Janusz will also take part in the CQ WW Contest on 15m. For more

OC-003; VK9, COCOS (KEELING) ISLANDS: Zeljko/VK6VY, Alan/VK6CQ,
VK3QB/Chris, and Luke/VK3HJ will be active from Cocos (Keeling)
between Oct. 26 and Nov. 3 as VK9CM. During the CQ WW COntest their
call will be VK9C. QSLs via EB7DX.
OC-036; ZL, NORTH ISLAND: The Whangarei Amateur Radio Club (ZL1AM)
celebrates its 75th anniversary with the callsign ZL75WARC until
the end of 2022. An award is also available.
OC-144; YB4, BANGKA AND BELITUNG ISLANDS: A large group of
Indonesian ops (YB0GIN/4, YB0SHR/4 (YL), YB1JYL/4 (YL), YB4FZK/p,
YB4GBT/p (YL), YE4IJY/p, YC5YC/4 , YF4FIC/p, YF4IFT/p, YF4IHG/p,
YD4GMC/p, YG4IJV/p) activate Belitung Island from the 28th to 30th.
YB1JYL/4, YC5YC/4, YE4IJ/p, and YF4ICC/p are also planning a visit
to Seliu Island on the 29th and 30th for a first activation. For

SA-006; PJ4, BONAIRE ISLAND: Watch out for PJ4K, operated by N6KT,

A group led by S21DX will be active from this reference between
Dec. 10 and 16. More information to follow.
T33, BANABA:
The Rebel DX Group has sent off their vessel to Tarawa (T30) on
Oct. 18. The team will follow by plane in about 2 weeks and then
sail to Banaba. The journey will take about 48 hours. They plan to
operate from Banaba as T33T for 10 to 12 days with 7 rigs.
