5V, TOGO:
Eric, F5LCX, operates holiday-style as 5V23LE until the 25th. QSL
via F5LCX (d/B).
7X, ALGERIA:
Henning, OZ2I, signs 7U7EE between Feb. 15 and 22 on 80-10m (CW).
QSL via OZ2I OQRS, LoTW.
HZ, SAUDI ARABIA:
Samir, HZ1SK, celebrates Saudi Arabia's Founding Day with the
callsign 8Z3FD until Feb. 22. QSL via IZ8CLM (d/B). Other callsigns
around the same event are 7Z3FD and HZ3FD. QSL for those via
HZ1SAR.
J5, GUINEA-BISSAU:
Livio, IZ3BUR, is currently back on the air as J52EC on 15m and 10m
(mostly SSB). The duration of his stay is uknown. QSL direct via
IZ3BUR.
LU, ANTARCTICA:
Juan, LU6DX, will be the new operator at the Esperanza base, where
he replaces Juan, LU8DBS. QRV as LU1ZV with a focus on CW. QSL via
LU4DXU.
OE, AUSTRIA:
Members of the 4U1A radio club are currently using the callsign
4UNR to mark the World Radio Day until the end of February. QSL via
UA3DX, OQRS.
TI, COSTA RICA:
Nathan, N4YDU, will be active as TI7W during the ARRL DX CW
Contest. QRV before and after as TI5/N4YDU. QSL for TI7W via M0URX;
TI5/N4YDU via OQRS, LoTW.
VK0, ANTARCTICA:
Allan, VK0AW, has arrived on Mawson base on Feb. 11, yet will be
busy with taking over his duties during the first two weeks. He is
due to stay for 12 months and plans to work on the HF bands during
his spare time, although he has no pileup experience. QSL via
EB7DX, LoTW.
XZ, MYANMAR:
Akio, JE2QIZ, has returned to Yangon and operates as XZ2B during
his spare time on 40-10m, mostly on CW. He recommends calling QRQ
to overcome fast QSB conditions. QSL via JH3SIF (d/B).

AF- 086; D4, WINDWARD ISLANDS: Tony, CT1FFU, pays a holiday visit
to Sal Island from the 15th to 22nd. QRV as D4T on 80-6m (CW, SSB,
FT8) and maybe also via QO-100. QSL via homecall, OQRS.
NA-018; OX, GREENLAND: Bo, OZ1DJJ, will be active as OX3LX together
with OX7AKT, OX5DM, and OX7AM from the 14th to 21st. QSL for OX3LX
via OZ0J, others via OZ1ACB.
NA-023; VP2V, BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS: Steve, AA7V, signs VP2V/AA7V
between Feb. 16 and 20 on 80-10m (CW). QSL via AA7V, LoTW.
NA-073; V3, COROZAL / BELIZE DISTRICT group: Paul, VE3AXT, is
currently active as V31AX with 100W and a vertical antenna until
March 5. QSL via M0URX.
NA-101; J7, DOMINICA: Yuri, VE3DZ, and Laurent, FM5BH, activate
Dominica from the 20th to 26th as J79BH. QSL via FM5BH (d), ClubLog
OQRS.
NA-102; FG, GUADELOUPE: Philippe, F1DUZ, operates as FG4KH until
March 8, including the REF SSB contest (Feb. 25-26). QSL via
homecall, LoTW, eQSL.
NA-107; FM, MARTINIQUE: Yuri, VE3DZ, signs FM/VE3DZ from the 14th

NA-249; KP, PUERTO RICO's COASTAL ISLANDS: A group of Puerto Rican
operators will be active as KP3RE from Culebra Island between Feb.
17 and 19. QSL direct via EA5GL. OC-003; VK9, COCOS (KEELING)
ISLANDS: Nobby, G0VJG, operates as VK9CVG from the 17th to 24th on
80-10m (SSB, maybe FT8). Until the 16th, he signs VK6/G0VJG from
Australia. QSL via M0OXO.
OC-005; VK9, NORFOLK ISLAND: Dom, VK2HJ, stays on Norfolk for a
work assignment from Feb. 17 to 20 and operates as VK9/VK2HJ during
his spare time on 40-10m (SSB) with 100W. QSL only via eQSL.
OC-078; V6, ULITHI ATOLL: John, V63JB, a staff member at a local
school has returned to amateur radio after a prolonged hiatus.
Right now, he operates FT8 on 30m but there are plans to expand to
20m and also to SSB. His school's headmaster is V63YWR. The IOTA
reference was last activated in 2012; no QSL route known at
present.
OC-150; YB9, TENGGARA BARAT ISLANDS: Jozef, ON6HX, operates
holiday-style from Lombok as YB9/ON6HX since Feb. 3. QRV so far on
40-10m (FT8), yet CW is in preparation. He stays until March 8. QSL
via homecall, LoTW, eQSL.
SA-006; PJ4, BONAIRE ISLAND: Justin, N9TTK, signs PJ4/N9TTK from
Washing Slagbaai Provincial Park (PA-0133) between Feb. 16 and 21.

SA-071; PY, SAO PAULO STATE CENTRE group: Marcos, PY2MAM, Marcio,
PY2TTN, and Fernando, PY2SDN, are going to take part in the
American Ham Weekend (Feb. 17-19) with the callsign ZZ2MI on 80,
40, 20, 15, and 10m (SSB, FT8).
SA-099; PJ2, CURACAO: Mike, W1USN, Robert, AA1M, and Steven, W1SR,
sign PJ2/homecalls from Feb. 20 to March 3. QSL via h/c (d/B),
LoTW.
Other IOTA news

AN-002; 3Y, BOUVET ISLAND:
3Y0J ceased operation during the early morning hours of Tuesday.
The team now dismantles their setup and transports it back to their
vessel. A further update of their online log is expected once they
have all returned to the Marama.

K-4546 - Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument:
Mark, KG6LI, activates this reference on the 17th on 20, 17, and
15m (CW, maybe SSB). QSL via bureau or direct.
K-4569 - El Camino Real de Tierra Adentro National Historic Trail;
K-0770 - Chamizal National Memorial: Randall, N5RLH, operates from
these areas on the 18th on 30, 20, and 15m (CW).
PY-0491 - Cidade do Distrito Federal Park:
Lucas, PP2LA, activates this park on the 18th on 40-20m (CW, SSB).
K-2170 - Crooked River State Park:
Robert, KD4YDC, will be active from this location between the 18th

K-0679 - Fire Island National Seashore:
