9Q, CONGO, DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE:
Vlad, OK2WX, will be active as 9Q2WX between Aug. 20 and Sept. 9.
QRV on 80-6m (CW, SSB, digital modes) with an IC-7300, a spider
beam, and a vertical. QSL via IZ8CCW (d/B), LOTW.
DL, GERMANY:
Radio amateurs from Rostock celebrate the 125th anniversary of the
lighthouse Warnemuende with the callsign DQ125LH (special DOK
125LH) until the end of October. QSL via bureau, direct, DCL, eQSL.
F, FRANCE:
The radio club F4KLR airs the special event callsign TM62TLG on all
Saturdays until Sept. 9.
XE, MEXICO:
6E0G is a special event callsign that puts Ghost Towns on the Air
until Dec. 17. QSL via XE1EE, LoTW.

AS-039; R0Z, KOMANDORSKIYE ISLANDS: Eugene, UA6EX, Yuri, RM0F,
Vasily, R7AA, Leonid, UA7A, mark the 30th anniversary of the
Russian Robinson Club (RRC) with an activation of Beringa Island
from Aug. 18 until Sept. 3. QRV as RI0Z on 160-10m (CW, SSB,
digital modes). The IOTA reference was last activated in 2010. For

EU-014; TK, CORSICA ISLAND: Alex, SQ9UM, will be active
holiday-style as TK/SQ9UM from Aug. 18 to 31 on 80-6m (CW, SSB,
FT4/8). QSL via homecall, ClubLog OQRS.
EU-029; OZ, SJAELLAND ARCHIPELAGO: Johanna, DJ5YL, and Carsten,
DF1XC, activate the lighthouse Spodsbjerg (DK0039) on Sjaelland
Island on the 19th and 20th with the callsigns OV5YL and OV1XC. QSL
via homecalls, LoTW, eQSL.
NA-198; VO1, NEWFOUNDLAND'S COASTAL ISLANDS: Members of the Kraken
DX Club are going to participate in the International Lighthouse
Lightship Weekend from Bell Island as VO1KDX/LH. Their trip depends
on weather conditions and available ferry services. QSL via VO1KDX
(d), LoTW, eQSL.
OC-082; E5, PENRHYN ATOLL: The yacht Magnet, en route from Ducie
Island (VP6A), is due to arrive at Penrhyn Island on Aug. 20. The
team plans to stay until Sept. 5, depending on favourable weather
conditions. More information, including the group's callsign, will
be published later.
Lighthouse Activities

International Lighthouse und Lightship Weekend, ILLW The upcoming
weekend will see this year's edition of the ILL Weekend. For a list
of participating stations and locations see https://www.illw.net.
DL, GERMANY:
Ecki DH8AF, Georg DJ6GI, Andreas DK5ON, Michael DK9BM, and Frank
OE9KFV activate the lightship Laeso Rende No. XV (ILLW DE0061; FED
142) during the weekend with the callsign DK5T on 160-6m (CW, SSB,
FT4/8). QSL via DK5ON (d/B), ClubLog OQRS, LoTW.
F, FRANCE:
A group of German operators pays the lighthouse Berck-sur-Mer a
visit for the weekend and operate as TM0BSM on 40-10m (CW, SSB,
digital modes) and via QO-100. QSL only via LoTW.
PA, NEDERLANDS:
PG100N celebrates the centenary of the lighthouse in Noordwijk aan
Zee (NET019 ILLW-NL0009) during the upcoming weekend and on Sept.
9/10.
VU, INDIA:
AT5KLH will be active from the lighthouse Kachchhigadh on 40, 20,
15, and 10m (SSB, digital modes) and via QO-100. QSL via VU2EXP
(d), LoTW, eQSL.
