A91CD marks the Memorial Day of Bahrain (Dec. 17) until the 18th.

K, USA:
W4A honours the memory of the radio pioneer Edwin Howard Armstrong
between Dec. 16 and 18. QSL via bureau or direct.
PA, NEDERLANDS:
Several PA0xMIL special event callsigns (e.g. PA01MIL, PA02MIL etc)
will be active on the 14th on HF (SSB).
XW, LAOS:
Vincent, F4BKV, who was a member of the XW4DX team recently, stays
in the country until mid-2024 and operates as XW4KV. QRV mostly on
15 and 10m (FT8). QSL via F4BKV (d/B), ClubLog OQRS, LoTW.
YO, ROMANIA:
YR8XMAS is currently active and remains available on the bands

Z6, KOSOVO:
Gab, HB9TSW, is back on Slatina Air Base since Dec. 5 and operates
as Z68BG during his spare time until Dec. 19 on CW. QSL via HB9TSW,
