DX Activities

5X, UGANDA:
Jack, NP2OR (ex 5X7JD), is currently active as 5X3L from the
village Kayabwe on the equator. He will be joined by Don 7Q6M
(K6ZO) on the 25th. QRV until May 10 while preparing some local
newcomers for their license exams.
A2, BOTSWANA:
Remo, HB9SHD, will be active holiday-style as A25SHD between April
30 and May 13 on HF. QSL via LoTW.
HV, VATICAN:
Members of the ARI sections Civitavecchia, Roma, Perugia, and ARI
YOTA will be operating as HV9TVM on April 27 (6z to 12z) on 40 and
20m (CW, SSB, FT8) and via QO-100. QSL via IK0PHU (d/B).
RA, RUSSIA:
Oleg, RD1A, who operated as RI41POL from aboard the vessel
"Severnyy Polyus" in 2023, is now active as RI0POL from the same
ship. QSL via RN3RQ. The call was previously used by Vlad, UA4WHX,
in 2015.
ZL, NEW ZEALAND:
ZL6WG remains active until May 31 supporting the 98th NZART
conference (June 1/2) at the Museum of Aeronautics in Christchurch.
An award is also available. QSL only via LoTW.

Island (Yaeyama Islands) between April 26 and May 5 on 160-6m (CW,
SSB, RTTY, FT8/4). QSL via bureau or LoTW.
AS-031; JD, CHICHI / HAHA / MUKO ISLANDS (aka BONIN ISLANDS):
Harry, JG7PSJ, operates from Chichijima as JD1BMH until May 4 on
40-10m on CW, SSB, and RTTY. QSL via bureau, direct; no LoTW.
AS-079; JA6, MIYAKO ISLANDS: Take, JI3DST, will be active from this
reference between April 24 and June 26 as JS6RRR, JI3DST/6,
JJ5RBH/6, and JR8YLY/6. QSL via bureau.
EU-008; GM/MM, INNER HEBRIDES: A group of 13 operators is going to
operate together as GS3PYE from the Isle of Mull between April 27
and May 3 on 80-10m and via QO-100. QSL via ClubLog OQRS.
EU-010; GM/MM, OUTER HEBRIDES (aka WESTERN ISLES): GM5AUG and
2M0WMG plan to activate the following islands between April 27 and
May 3, depending on weather conditions: Barra, Orasaigh, Eriskay,
South Uist, Benbecula, and North Uist. For updates see:

EU-053; OJ0/SM, MARKET REEF: Bjorn, OJ0/LA1UW, Tor, OJ0/LA3WAA,
Stian, OJ0/LB5SH, and Kristoffer, OJ0/LB0VG, are going to put
Market Reef on the air from April 27 until May 4. QRV on 160-6m
(CW, SSB, FT8) with 4 rigs. QSL via EA5GL or LoTW.
OC-086; KH0, NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS: JA6REX, JH6HZH, and JA6VQA
sign KH0/JA6REX, KH0/W6HZH (JH6HZH), and WH0B (JA6VQA) respectively
between the 25th and 30th on 160-6m (CW, SSB, FT8/4). QSL for WH0B
via direct, LoTW, eQSL; others via LoTW only.
SA-001; CE0, EASTER ISLAND: Ben, DL6FBL, Win, DK9IP, and Lutz,

NA-104; V4, ST KITTS AND NEVIS: Randy, AA4RF, is currently back on
the air from V47JA's location as V4/AA4RF and from several POTA

OC-035; YJ, NEW HEBRIDES: Chris, VK2YUS, pays Vanuatu a visit from
April 27 until May 9 and operates as YJ0CA on 40-10m (SSB), mostly
between 21z and 10z. QSL via homecall.
