The license for Solomon Islands has been issued too, but the callsign isn't what he had requested due to an error. Bernhard, DL2GAC/H44MS, relayed his request for re-consideration to TCSI, and Cezar is hopeful that the matters will be resolved next week when the Telecommunications Commissioner will return back in office.
