MAURITIUS, 3B8. Hans, PA3HGT plans to be QRV as 3B8/PA3HGT from
September 4 to 24 while on vacation here. Activity will be holiday
style on 40, 20 and 10 meters using mostly SSB with a little CW and
digital modes. QSL to home call.
BHUTAN, A5. Zorro, JH1AJT and Champ, E21EIC will be QRV as A5A from
September 4 to 14. The main purpose of this trip is to meet with
Foreign Ministry officials to discuss progress on a youth

Island activities:
AF-018. Operators Vaclav/OK6RA and Milan/ OK1VWK will be active as IH9/OK6RA and IH9/OL9R, respectively, from Pantelleria Island during the CQWW DX CW Contest November 24-25th. Vaclav will be a Single-Op/Single-Band (40m)/Low-Power entry.
Milan will be a Single-Op/Single-Band (20m)/Low-Power entry.
QSL via their home callsigns. Also, look for them before the contest
on another bands.
AS-120. (Reminder/Change) Members of DX World team (Emil/DL8JJ, Paul/G4PVM, Col/MM0NDX) will be teaming up again, this time with

BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.
There is a chance of a glancing blow from a slow moving coronal mass ejection (CME) that may arrive over the next 24 hours resulting in periods of Active to Minor Storm conditions.

Arctic Legends 2018 IOTA DXpedition:
The RI0B expedition will begin their voyage to from Arkhangelsk to Dikson Island on August 25. The group hopes to reach the island on Sept. 5 and continue onwards at once to the Firnley Islands (AS-054). On their return voyage they are planning to visit the following six islands (five IOTA groups): Tyrtov (AS-121), Rozmyslov (not yet approved as part of AS-104), Nansen (AS-104), Scott-Hansen (AS-068), Arkticheskogo Instituta (AS-087), and finally Sibirjakov (AS-005).
