Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU !
I'm very pleased to inform you that I was able to hear a transmission from your station
– MRCC Odessa – here for the very first time.
I'm a 55 year old man and I'm working as an engineer on a coal-mine. My hobby is short-
wave-listening and I like to listen to the transmissions from all over the world. And I do
really like to collect verifications of what I had received. So I hope to put your reply to
my collection.
I live in Alpen which is in the northwest of Germany, about 70 km north-east of Cologne
on the countryside. The state is named "Nordrhein-Westfalen". Alpen is a small city with
about 12.000 inhabitants, which are all very friendly.
Now I like to give you a report of reception about the quality of the reception on your
station here in Alpen/GERMANY.
