PVRC ONLINE PRESENTATION (What to Expect During the Rising Years of Solar
Cycle 25?). From a Potomac Valley Radio Club (PVRC) online meeting, Frank
Donovan, W3LPL, gives a fascinating review of propagation modes, metrics
and characteristics, as well as what to expect while we are on the upswing
(rising) years of solar cycle 25. The presentation is about 1:45 long and
is available at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vybk5RB6zes
