Footy: Stoke lost their first real test against top opposition losing 3 – 0 to Fulham who were by far the better side. We drop to 5 th place. No footy this week as it’s an International break. Stoke City’s next match is at home to Huddersfield in two weeks.
As I write this it’s transfer deadline day. Harry Kane is staying at Spurs who are top of the Premier Division having won 3 out of 3 matches. Arch rivals Arsenal are bottom with no wins and no goal from 3 matches. That’s as good as it gets for Spurs fans.
And of all things Ronaldo has transferred from Juventus back to Manchester United for a fee of about £19M (€22) and will be earning £500,000 (€530000) a week. I hope he pays all his tax.
