What an awful week, well Thursday wasn’t that bad. But Monday to Wednesday was like someone had switched off all the radios. Despite it being SSB Field Day there were no /P stations at all at the weekend. Any way the best of the week were R6DIR (Russia), DU7JAY (Philippines) and EG1SDC (Spanish special for Asturias).
There were lots of SDC and SGC Spanish stations on. To help the Spanish commemorate the festivity of Asturias Day and its patron saint, Santina de Covadonga. Qatari amateurs will be active as A71SDC until September 13th. QSL via EA1AUM, direct, by the Bureau, LoTW or eQSL. Diplomas are available.
