Well what a silly week. Sweet FA really till Saturday and Sunday. Little bits of DX about. FG4SO (Guadeloupe), V51WH (Namibia), ZD7FT (St Helena), 9J2BS (Zambia) along with a pair of YVs (Venezuela), YV5NEA, and YV5IUA. Both the YV QRZ.com pages are worth a look for wonderful scenery.

I’ve just checked my log and I’ve not worked anything for a whole week. I’ve been playing with data bases. I can get what I want out of Excel but I have to get the information out of a data base into Excel to do it. Not elegant. I should be able to get the information straight from the database. But not yet! Anyway Ten has been fairly dead.

A period of 0 sunspots ran from February 4-17, but Wednesday evening
while viewing the STEREO spacecraft image at
https://stereo.gsfc.nasa.gov I saw a very bright area on our Sun's
northeast horizon. Shortly after, Spaceweather.com reported, "A new
active region is hiding just behind the Sun's northeastern limb. It
might be a sunspot."
