Island activities:
AF-037. (Update) Members of the F6KOP Team will be active as 9LY1JM from Banana Islands, Sierra Leone, between January 9-21st, 2019. Activity will be on 160-10 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY, PSK and FT8. There will be 12 operators and 4 stations on air: 4X Kenwood TRX -590s into VDA antenna 10 to 20m & Spiderbeam mast for low band 30 to 160m. Look for more details to be forthcoming. AF-111. (Reminder/New IOTA). Operators Eric/EL2EF, Col/MM0NDX and
Jonathan/MM0OKG will be active from Telengbe Island (southern Liberia) as EL2EL/4 between November 5-9th. This activity is dependent on weather and sea conditions. AS-189. (Update) NEW!! Operators Vasily/R7AL, Al/RZ3K, Vasily/RA1ZZ,
Vlad/RK8A, Sergey/RW5D, Igor/UA3EDQ, Avinir/UA1ZZ and Mohammad/
EP2LMA will be active as EP6RRC from Shif Island, Iran, between November 17-23rd. Activity will be on 160/80/40/30/20/17/15/10 meters using CW, SSB and FT8. BRA-001, PYFF (Brazilian Flora & Fauna ) PYFF-0001) between November 14-19th. Activity will be on 160-6 meters (frq. listed on QRZ.com) using CW, SSB and FT8. QSL via PY6HD, direct, LoTW or ClubLog. PLEASE NO eQSL or Bureau QSLs.
