EU-053; OJ0/SM, Market Reef: The Finnish Lighthouse Society and the
Amateur Radio League of Finland (SRAL), together with the OH-DX-Foundation and the DX University, conducts the first International Youth at Sea activity from Market Reef (ARLHS MAR-001, OHFF-0038, WLOTA 0542) between July 21 to 28 and August 18 to 25. Operators are Nuuti/OH1UBO, Elias/OH2EP, Otava/OH3OT, Mikael/OH3UAF, Pieter/ON3DI, Florian/ OE3FTA, und Ilie/YO3IMD, accompanied by their instructors Martti/OH2BH, Henri/OH3JR, and Pasi/OH3WS. EU-165; I*0, Sardinia's Coastal Islands: Massimo/I0PNM will be active again as IM0/I0PNM from San Pietro Island (IIA Y013, MIA MIS-031, WLOTA 2989) between July 20 and August 20. QRV on 40, 20, 15, and 10m on SSB and during the IOTA Contest. QSL via I0PNM (d), LoTW.
NA-047; VY0, Nunavut (Baffin Island) group: Mike/VE2XB is currently
on Iqaluit/Nunavut and operates as VY0BRR for several months (at
least until Christmas 2018) on HF (all modes). QSL via VE2XB.
NA-067; W4, North Carolina State East (Carteret to Curituck County)
group: Jon/WB8YJF plans to activate Ocracoke Island (USi NC001S,
WLOTA 0466, Hyde County) holiday-style as WB8YJF/4 on HF between
the 22nd and 29th on HF (CW, SSB, digital modes) and during the IOTA Contest. QSL via WB8YJF (d/B).
NA-207; VY0, Nunavut (Hudson Bay - Ontario Coast) South group:
Bruce/KD6WW and Mike/K9AJ will be active from Fafarad Island (WW
Loc. EO92), signing their homecalls /VY0, between the 19th and 23rd. QRV with two rigs on 40-17m (mainly CW, some SSB and FT8).
This island was last activated 18 years ago. QSL via homecalls (d/B), ClubLog OQRS.
OC-254, V6, Mortlock Islands: Members of the Nara DX Association
Japan will be active between July 19 and 31 from Ta Island as V6J on 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, and 6m (CW, SSB, RTTY, FT8) with three setups. Ops are Tosy/JA3FGJ, Sanny/JJ3CIG, and Mami/JP3AYQ.
