Yet another fairly flat week although the weekend did improve things slightly.
You have to get up and try it out each day. Sometimes you catch a good one and sometimes you don’t. Sometimes they just get away, the DX that is. The analogy with fishing in a stream or a lake works pretty well.
Best DX of the week probably FR4OO (Reunion), HI8AT (Dominican Republic), CE7VPQ, XR500M and XR33M (both specials from Chile) and V55JOTA (Namibia Scouts [and Guides, or are they all just Scouts in these days of political correctness?])
Saturday, Patrick, ON4RJ worked 8Q7PR -17dB and ZS1XG -18 dB on data. Sunday he worked 9J2BS -12dB and heard G0WCK -9dB and G4RDC -15dB.
I only worked an OE and a G0 on 10m. I worked plenty of stations on 20m FT4 and 9Y4 and NP2 on 17m FT8. There you go!
